Delete Your Account

You can delete your Astrojoshya account in two ways:

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.

From this page: email support@astrojoshya.com from any address, including your registered phone number in the message. We verify ownership via an OTP to that number, then delete within 7 days.

What deletion does: your profile, birth details, and chat history are permanently removed or anonymised. Records we must keep by law (payment and payout records) are retained for the statutory period only.
